Black Rickenbacker 4003 Style Bass Guitar
The Black Rickenbacker 4003 Style Bass Guitar combines one of the most recognisable bass designs in rock music with a timeless gloss black finish, contrasting binding and chrome hardware.
Inspired by the classic 4003 design, this Chinese-made four-string bass features a distinctive double-cutaway body, traditional sharkfin-style fretboard inlays and dual pickups, giving it the familiar appearance associated with vintage Rickenbacker-style instruments.
Classic Jet Black Finish
The deep black finish gives this bass a traditional appearance, complemented by contrasting body binding, a distinctive pickguard and polished chrome hardware.
Unlike the brighter red, blue and orange versions, this model has a more understated look that suits everything from classic rock and progressive music to indie and alternative styles.
Dual-Pickup Configuration
Featuring two bass pickups positioned near the neck and bridge, this instrument offers flexibility for different playing styles.
The neck pickup can provide a fuller, warmer response, while the bridge pickup emphasises attack and note definition. The traditional control layout allows players to explore different tonal combinations.
Iconic 4003-Inspired Design
The elongated double-cutaway body, decorative binding and distinctive fretboard inlays give this instrument the character of a classic 4003-style bass.
Its four-string configuration makes it suitable for players seeking a familiar bass layout with a more unusual body design than conventional Jazz or Precision-style instruments.
